Celebrating 25 Years of Magellan: Meet Tricia Allen

Tricia’s career in aviation has been shaped by dedication, leadership, and a passion for the industry. Referred by a previous employer, she joined Magellan 22 years ago as the first parts salesperson for the U.S. office, helping to establish operations and sales procedures. In 2007, she relocated with the small team to Charlotte, where they continued to expand the company. Over the years, she has seen the company evolve and adapt, navigating industry shifts and growing into a trusted leader in aviation. Now, a Sales Director for Magellan Expendables, she finds fulfillment in providing excellent customer service, mentoring her team, and driving continuous improvement.

Tricia believes one of her greatest achievements is the trust she has built with her customers and colleagues. "I’m proud that my teammates know I always have their best interests at heart. Seeing the people I’ve mentored thrive in their careers is incredibly rewarding." She has played a key role in shaping a culture of teamwork and reliability, ensuring that Magellan continues to meet the needs of its clients with expertise and care.

For Tricia, Magellan’s 25th anniversary is a celebration of teamwork and perseverance. "It’s heartwarming to think of all the incredible people I’ve worked with. It was hard work, but building this company was inspiring—we truly became a family." Watching Magellan grow from a small operation to a thriving organization has been a rewarding experience, and she expresses gratitude for having been part of its success.

Outside of work, Tricia enjoys being near the water, attending sporting events and concerts, and cheering for her favorite football team, the Miami Hurricanes. An animal lover, she has adopted both dogs and cats and looks forward to adding another rescue to her family soon. She also enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors, taking every opportunity to unwind and recharge.
