Since the early 1980’s the Magellan Group team has demonstrated a long and proven track record of providing innovative aviation support services. Our broad base of experience includes the ownership and management of aircraft, engines and spare parts portfolios spanning more than 25 years. In 1999 our former company, the AGES Group was sold to Volvo Aero Services LP. In 2000 Magellan Group was formed with a sizable capital base and began operations.

In response to the 9/11 industry downturn we concentrated on managing non performing aviation assets for major financial institutions. Most recently Magellan Group has identified the regional aircraft market as a growth sector and has made significant investments in building a portfolio of regional aircraft, engines and spare parts inventories.
