Asset Management for Financial Institution:

The company was awarded three mandates from a major financial institution ranging from: the liquidation of assets recovered from a large engine overhaul facility, disposal of the spare parts inventory on behalf of an after-market aviation company, and the sale of a large inventory of engines and aircraft.

Engine Management Project:

A major leasing company purchased fifteen aircraft from an international carrier and retained Magellan to manage the engines through the overhaul facility as part of the lessees contracted delivery conditions.

Aircraft Redelivery & Remarketing Negotiation:

A financial institution retained Magellan to negotiate the lease return conditions from a legacy carrier and to remarket the portfolio of aircraft. Our strategy focused on negotiating a financial settlement from the carrier and thereafter maximizing the sales value of the portfolio by selling it into the aftermarket.
